Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Manager to lead our clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The Center Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our clinic's efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and support clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage clinic budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize clinical procedures and protocols.
• Address patient concerns and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in reproductive medicine.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or fertility clinic setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and MS Office Suite.
