Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with potential patients and referral partners. The Sales Lead will play a crucial role in expanding our clinic’s reach and helping more individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve clinic revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
  • Conduct consultations with potential patients to understand their needs and explain our services.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the fertility industry and stay updated on trends and advancements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the clinic’s management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of reproductive medicine and fertility treatments is a plus.
