Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with potential patients and referral partners. The Sales Lead will play a crucial role in expanding our clinic’s reach and helping more individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve clinic revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
- Conduct consultations with potential patients to understand their needs and explain our services.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the fertility industry and stay updated on trends and advancements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the clinic’s management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of reproductive medicine and fertility treatments is a plus.
